Glowe uses only business-grade AI platforms with enterprise security controls. Client data is never used to train AI models. Glowe team members do not use free, consumer, or personal AI accounts for any client-related work. Only Glowe-managed, team-plan accounts are authorized for use in client engagements.
4. Human Oversight
AI does not make decisions at Glowe. No AI-generated content is delivered to clients without review, editing, and approval by a qualified Glowe team member. All facts, data points, and recommendations are verified before use. AI does not set strategy, make autonomous decisions, or produce final deliverables without human direction. Our team is fully accountable for the quality and accuracy of all work products, regardless of whether AI tools were used in its creation.
5. Data Handling
Only the minimum information necessary for a given task is entered into any AI platform. Client confidential information is handled with care and discretion.
